• Consultation requests: name, email, phone (optional), event date, occasion, and any message you send us.
• Reservations: name, email, shipping address, event date, and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data (such as pages visited) needed to operate and secure the site.

How We Use It

To process reservations, check availability, deliver and retrieve jewelry, respond to consultation requests, send order-related emails, comply with legal obligations (such as sales tax), and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who We Share It With

Only service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider, and shipping carriers — each only what they need to perform their role.

Retention & Your Rights

We keep reservation records as required for accounting, tax and insurance purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing concierge@yaelalexander.com.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and payment processing that is PCI-DSS compliant through Stripe.
